You choose a service, submit the project details, and pay a 50% deposit. Once the deposit is received, we begin design work. Drafts are delivered based on the package timeline, followed by revisions and final delivery after full payment.
A 50% deposit is required to start. The remaining 50% must be paid before final files are delivered and within 5 business days after the design is finalized.
Work starts after the deposit is paid and all required project information is provided. Design work begins the next business day.
Revisions depend on the package you select. Unlimited revisions are available only in packages where they are explicitly stated and apply only to the selected draft.
Revisions are changes within the same idea, such as colors, fonts, or layout tweaks. A new concept means changing the main idea, theme, or setting and requires an additional fee.
Your project is paused. If the pause lasts more than 5 business days, the remaining balance becomes due. The project will resume when you’re ready, subject to availability.
Yes. If feedback is delayed beyond 3 business days, timelines reset from the date feedback is received.
Source files are included only if they are listed in your selected package. Marketing and ad designs are typically delivered as final exports only.
Yes. Once paid in full, the designs are yours to use. We do not take royalties. You may use all delivered materials across any platforms, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, social media, and author websites.
Yes. If you need confidentiality, request an NDA before the project starts.
That’s okay. We can guide you. If additional time is needed to confirm page count, coordinate with a team, or finalize technical details (such as spine width), you have up to 5 business days to do so. If more time is required, the remaining 50% balance must be paid, and we will resume the project when you are ready.
Refunds are available only before any work begins. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. No refunds are provided after final files are delivered.
Yes! Our packages are designed for both print and digital, but if you strictly need an eBook cover, we will apply a $50 discount to your package. Just let us know in the order form.
No problem! If your artwork or reference files exceed our form's size limit, we recommend using a free transfer service like WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com/)or Dropbox.(https://www.dropbox.com/)
