Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by BringYou.Art (“we”, “us”, “our”).
For the purposes of these Terms, the “Client” refers to the individual or legal entity that places an order, accepts an invoice, or makes a payment for services.
By placing an order and paying a deposit, the Client confirms that they have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and agree to these terms.

2. Services & Scope of Work
We provide productized creative services including (but not limited to): book cover design, A+ content, promotional graphics, and advertising visuals.
Each project’s scope, deliverables, number of drafts, revisions, timelines, and included files are defined on the specific service page or in the issued invoice. Anything not explicitly listed is not included.
3. Payments
-
All projects require a 50% deposit to begin. The deposit is fully refundable if the project is canceled before any work has started. Once work has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
-
Work starts only after the deposit is paid.
-
The remaining 50% balance must be paid before final files are delivered and within 5 business days after the design is finalized.
-
If additional time is needed to confirm page count, coordinate with a team, or finalize technical details (such as spine width), the client has up to 5 business days to do so. If more time is required, the remaining 50% balance must be paid, and the project will be resumed when the client is ready. One spine adjustment is included free of charge.
-
Final, print-ready or export-ready files are released only after full payment is received.
4. Project Start & Timelines
-
Timelines are estimated in business days and begin once:
-
the deposit is paid, and
-
all required project information is provided by the client.
-
-
Work begins on the next business day after these conditions are met.
-
Clients are expected to provide feedback within 3 business days.
-
If no response is received within 3 business days, feedback is considered delayed.
-
If client feedback is delayed, project timelines reset from the date feedback is received.
5. Revisions & Scope Changes
Revisions
Revisions are adjustments made within the same approved concept, such as:
-
color changes
-
typography changes
-
layout refinements
-
adding or removing minor elements
The number of revisions is defined by the selected package. “Unlimited revisions” apply only when explicitly stated and only to the selected draft.
New Concepts / New Scope
A revision becomes a new concept when the core idea, theme, or visual direction changes.
Examples:
-
changing from one scene, theme, or setting to a completely different one
-
replacing the main subject or narrative of the design
New concepts require an additional fee or selection of an additional draft, depending on the package.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
-
provide accurate and complete information
-
confirm specifications such as trim size and platform requirements
-
give consolidated, clear feedback
If the client provides incorrect or incomplete information (including but not limited to trim size, page count, or print requirements), any fixes, corrections, or additional adjustments required as a result may be charged separately.
We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information or late responses.
